Training: The “Axle” weight bar, also known as a fat bar, is a bar with a thicker grip diameter typically used for Strongman training and competitions. This bar will work on your strength, muscular endurance and lifting skills. Thanks to the “axle” bar you can work your entire upper body by doing cleans, bench presses but also your lower limbs by doing many exercises such as squats or lunges.
Features: The weights must therefore be stabilized differently during each exercise. You’ll work your muscles in a different way than with a traditional barbell and provide an effective change of pace to your workouts.
Safety: The grip on the bar allows you to train in complete safety. Your hands, even if they sweat, will not slip.
