Glutamine Zero is a dietary supplement based on sugar-free flavored glutamine powder, manufactured by the brand Biotech USA. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and muscles and is considered non-essential since the body can produce it on its own. Take two doses (12g) in 150 ml of water and take one dose before training and one dose after training.
