The GladiatorFit Ab Wheel G200 is the ultimate tool for sculpting your deep and superficial abdominals, while strengthening your lumbar belt and correcting your posture. With a diameter of 17 cm and a hard-wearing steel core covered in robust PVC, this ab roller supports your most demanding workouts and guarantees optimum durability.
Thanks to its high-density rubber tread, the wheel glides silently over all surfaces – parquet, tiles, carpet or gym mats – without leaving marks or making noise. The ergonomic handles, covered with non-slip foam, ensure a firm grip even during your intense series of front extensions. By simultaneously engaging abdominals, back, shoulders and arms, the Ab Wheel G200 promotes overall muscle activation and accelerates your progress in gainshaping, strength and endurance.
Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, this ab roller is ideal for diversifying your sessions: roll-outs, lateral extensions, pikes and dynamic planks. Lightweight and compact, it slips into your gym bag to accompany you at home, in the gym or on the move. Tone your tummy, protect your back and optimize your fitness routine with the GladiatorFit Ab Wheel G200.
