Return time

30 days maximum after receipt of your order.

Your item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

Return mode

Only via our authorized carrier, a pre-stamped label will be sent directly to you.

Please note: No returns will be accepted directly to our warehouse.

Return shipping costs

CHF 8 will be deducted from the refund amount (free of charge for damaged items).

Please note: An additional charge of CHF 8 will be levied if the carrier is absent at the time of delivery and requires a new label.

Non-returnable items

Returns do not apply to the purchase of perishable goods, underwear or swimwear.
