Want to pull harder… without sacrificing your wrists? The GladiatorFit long pull handle has been designed to give you optimized grip angles on both high and low pulleys. Its angled geometry aligns hands and forearms, reduces joint stress and improves recruitment of the lats, trapezius and biceps. The result: a stronger, cleaner pull and clearer sensations throughout the entire range.
The structural steel body is powder-coated to resist perspiration and friction. The central eyelet clips onto any standard carabiner, and the sheathed grip zones ensure a pleasant, non-slip grip, even at the end of a series. The recommended working load of 70 kg covers the majority of home-gym and indoor workouts.
Compatible with all cable towers, lat pulldown, low row and crossover. Pair it with our steel carabiners and spare cables for a durable, clean and safe setup – exactly what we expect from GladiatorFit: closeness, community, overcoming.
Tips for use: warm up wrists/forearms, keep the chest covered, think “elbow to ribs” and squeeze the back at the bottom of the movement. Clean handles after use to preserve grip.
