This wippbrett is the ideal tool for a variety of balance exercises in leisure, performance sports, fitness and therapy. Its design allows a wide range of exercises to be performed standing, sitting or leaning, while promoting stability and coordination.
Versatile Tool for Sport and Therapy
This wippbrett is perfectly suited to balance training, core stabilization and coordination development. It is also used in therapy to strengthen joints and improve motor skills.
Practical design for a safe workout
With a 9.5 cm height of lift and an ample standing surface, this wippbrett provides stable, safe support when standing. It is therefore suitable for both adults and children aged 3 and over.
Combined with the foot wippe, this wippbrett becomes a real sports machine. Foot wippen can be adjusted to different distances to create different exercise scenarios. By placing the wippbrett upside down on a foot wippe, the exercises can reach a high level of difficulty and require rapid reaction.
High-quality materials for long-lasting use
Made of solid wood, this wippbrett is equipped with non-slip kufen for good grip on the ground and to protect surfaces. The sturdy construction allows a maximum load of 150 kg, ensuring stability even for heavier people.
Available variants: Wippbrett 60 or 45
The wippbrett is available in two sizes:
60 cm: For wider support suitable for adults, or for spread positions.
45 cm: For basic or one-legged exercises.
