Water, sucrose, plant extracts 2% (guarana, green coffee), lemon juice concentrate, caffeine, preservative potassium sorbate, acidifier citric acid, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, sodium saccharin), flavour.

Take 1 ampoule around 30-60 min before use (training, competition, increased concentration), depending on the desired duration of action. To get the best possible effect from ACTIVATOR during competitions, we recommend avoiding caffeine-containing drinks for 2 to 3 days beforehand. Otherwise, people accustomed to caffeine may need to take slightly more to achieve the desired effect.
