Are you looking for the right training partner who’s there for you day and night? Then the VirtuFit standing boxing bag is the right sparring partner for you. From beginners to professional boxers, the punching bag is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their punching or kicking technique. By training with a punching bag, you’ll improve your strength, endurance, reaction and coordination. The advantage of the standing punching bag is that it’s free-standing, so you can move it around easily.
The pole – the best training partner.
The 170 cm length makes the punching bag perfect for punches, low kicks and high kicks. The base can be filled with sand. Combined with the synthetic leather, the punching bag stays firmly in place and doesn’t wobble during training, unlike a plastic base. The VirtuFit boxing stick is made of robust synthetic leather with a thick layer of foam. These materials are highly durable and resistant.
Reinforce with sand
For the most stable training possible, you can fill the base of the boxing column with sand. It’s important here to use only dry sand and to fit the base with an inner bag. This can be a ready-to-use sand container with a bag around it, a garbage can bag containing loose sand or some other creative solution. By taking these precautions, you’ll extend the life and enjoyment of your punching bag.
