Climbing Rope GladiatorFit offers a super-efficient BRUTE grip: the fiber grips just right, even when the session heats up. The sheathed ends prevent fraying and act as clean handles for starting and descending.
Simply attach it to a sturdy ring or beam (with link/shackle), and link controlled ascents, controlled descents, static holds or leg work. Perfect for a home gym, cubicle or sheltered garden.

Pass the rope through a ring or shackle attached to your beam/structure, then lock. You can also do a dead turn around a smooth beam.
Yes, if the area is sheltered. Avoids prolonged rain/UV and allows to dry after a wet session.
Like any rope: yes if you're coming down too fast. Use a controlled grip (and sleeves/long sleeves if necessary).
