Four positions
Pull-ups, dips, knee raises, and push-ups all on a single frame, with no need to load anything.
Three takes
High bar with wide, angled, straight, and neutral parallel grips: the same movement, three variations.
Four-legged base
Four wide-base legs and a bracing crossbar, freestanding on the floor.

Four workstations on a single chassis

At the top is the pull-up bar. In the middle, the padded backrest and the two forearm rests support the knee-raise station. Just below that, the angled bars are used for dips. On the floor, two low handles position your wrists off-axis for push-ups. You move from one station to the next without reloading any equipment, and you can complete a full upper-body circuit without leaving your spot.

Three grips on the high bar

Two wide, angled grips to open up the back and target the latissimus dorsi. A straight bar for classic pull-ups, whether in pronation or supination. Parallel neutral grips when the elbows or shoulders need a gentler angle. The same movement, three different muscle activations.

Does the station move when you pull on it?

It rests on four legs with wide bases, with a wheelbase that extends beyond the traction area: this is exactly what prevents a Roman chair from tipping forward at the end of a run.

Should it be mounted on the floor or on the wall?

No, it's freestanding. You can move it, take it to another room, or push it up against a wall without having to drill any holes.

Is assembly complicated?

Assemble it with two people and a power drill. The second pair of hands is mainly needed to hold the uprights and the top rail in place.
