Turf Tiles connect” rubber flooring GladiatorFit : Designed for performance and sled training.
Give a professional dimension to your functional training area or Cross-Training box. Developed by GladiatorFit, this hybrid tile combines ultra-dense synthetic turf with a 2 cm protective underlay, perfectly meeting the standards of competitions and high-intensity training.
A top-of-the-range structure designed for sled
Surface: high-density artificial turf with special gliding properties (14 mm)
With a dtex of 4500 and an extreme density of 76,500 strands/m² (5/32″ gauge), this PP & PE turf offers exceptional resistance to abrasion. Its height and texture have been calibrated to optimize friction: the sled glides smoothly, without snagging or damaging the fiber, while maintaining excellent grip for the athlete’s footing.
Backing
The connection between the turf and the base is ensured by an ultra-robust system made of PP, felt and SBR latex. Even under the stress of heavily loaded sleds, the fibers remain firmly anchored and do not pull out.
Underlay: cushioning base in recycled rubber
The high-density rubber base (speckled appearance) acts as a thermal and acoustic shield. It absorbs vibrations, reduces impact noise and prevents deformation of your concrete slab under the weight of structures or dropped loads.
Why use it in your gym?
Cross-training performance: Provides athletes with a real sprinting and sledding track, with clear visual cues and optimum grip for sports shoes.
Modularity and quick installation: unlike long rolls of turf that are difficult to handle and glue, the tile format makes it easy to create, expand or relocate your functional training area.
Extreme durability: designed for intensive commercial use, it resists perspiration, constant trampling and repeated metal rubbing.
