Start your strength training now with the VirtuFit 28kg Vinyl Dumbbell Set! After all, dumbbells are considered the foundation of strength training. They can be used for endless exercises for your back, neck, triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest. What many people don’t know is that a set of dumbbells is also very useful for training the legs. Tense up your hamstrings, thighs or calves and use VirtuFit dumbbells to toughen them up. When you start weight training, it’s advisable not to begin with overly heavy exercises straight away. This can lead to muscle overload and possible injury.
Balance and posture
A major advantage of the vinyl dumbbell set is that it’s several times cheaper than most equipment, and although you can perform the same exercises. In fact, for some exercises, it’s even preferable to perform them with dumbbells, as this trains your balance and posture at the same time. What’s more, this dumbbell set is made of vinyl and concrete. Vinyl fits your hand very well. This provides a better grip and makes training more enjoyable. Concrete is an inexpensive material for adding weight to discs. By using concrete, this dumbbell set is less expensive than other dumbbell sets.
The VirtuFit 28 kg Dumbbell Set consists of the following items:
– 4 25 mm vinyl weight plates, 3.5 kg each
– 4 25 mm vinyl weight plates weighing 2 kg
– 4 25 mm vinyl weight plates weighing 1 kg
– 4 screw clamps
– 2 dumbbell bars with a diameter of 25 mm, each weighing 650 grams
You’ll receive 2 sets of 14 kg dumbbells.
The good thing about all this is that you can choose what works comfortably for you. With the shackles included, the sets are easily adjustable. You get a 2-year warranty on all parts. However, it’s important to tighten the screw fasteners during use for your own safety. In the event of imbalance, the dumbbell(s) may be tilted, allowing the discs to slip.
Dumbbells with extra protective layer
VirtuFit dumbbell weight plates are very strong and are also treated with a protective oil. This oil prevents the material from drying out and tearing. Thanks to this protective vinyl treatment and the 2-year warranty, you can train with these dumbbells for years without interruption. Because of the oil, the dumbbells may feel a little greasy. However, you can easily wipe them clean with a cloth.
