Probably the most popular of the 20 amino acids, it is naturally present in proteins that help build and repair muscle fibers, which is important for all physical goals.
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that the body can only produce in small quantities, so it must be supplied to us mainly by our diet.
Naturally found in meat, fish and eggs, our L-Glutamine amino acid can simply be added to your protein mix, without the need for meal prep. A very practical and economical solution.
