Two drawing stations added to your rack
The column attaches to the uprights of your GladiatorFit freestanding rack and adds two exercise stations that the frame alone does not provide. At the top, the vertical pull—the lat pulldown—works the entire back. At the bottom, the lower pulley block accommodates a handle, providing a seated horizontal pull—the low row. Switching from one station to the other requires no disassembly: simply unhook the handle from the upper cable and reattach it to the lower pulley block.
Free weight, Olympic discs, Ø 50 mm
The rack is equipped with 50 mm diameter sleeves, in accordance with Olympic standards. This means it accommodates the plates you already own—whether cast iron or the bumper plates from the catalog—without needing an adapter. This is the difference from a weight stack machine: your progress isn’t limited by a set of weights that comes with the machine.
The grips can be changed to a carabiner, a back pull-up bar, an arched bar, a triceps rope, a triangle grip, or simple handles.
