Want to make clean progress in swimming? The Omada Swimming Pull Buoy is the simple, effective tool for isolating flutter and focusing on arm propulsion, traction and body position. Its closed-cell EVA foam provides constant lift without retaining water: perfect for repeated sessions in chlorinated pools.

The precise geometry – 24 cm long, 7.5 cm wide at the top, 11 cm at the bottom and 14.7 cm thick – ensures a comfortable fit between the thighs (or at the ankles for the more experienced) and favors a head-bottom alignment that reduces drag. At just 101 g, it’s light and responsive.

Designed for the GladiatorFit community (Swiss quality, regular use), this pull buoy is hard-wearing and easy to rinse. Pair it with our Omada swim goggles and swim cap, and add a microfiber towel for a dry start in seconds.

Instructions for use:
Start with sets of 4×100 m crawl, breathing every 3 cycles. Place the pull buoy between the thighs; for a more technical variation, lower it to the ankles (sheathing required). Combine with catch-up, bungee pull or a light paddle to vary support.
