The Flow Fitness Perform Pro Air Rower was designed to meet the needs of gyms, training studios, and home athletes looking for professional-grade equipment. Son air resistance system instantly adapts to your intensity: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance, providing a smooth and realistic rowing experience. Featuring a steel chain drive and tested with over one million pulls by robotic arms, this machine offers unbeatable durability.
Its adjustable color display shows all the biomechanical metrics essential for tracking performance, including power in watts, cadence over 500 meters, and the explosiveness of each stroke. Thanks to its self-contained generator power supply, it operates without any electrical connections. Once your session is complete, its rail folds vertically to reduce its footprint by half and can be easily moved using built-in casters.
