To obtain 3 to 4 patties: mix 5 spoonfuls (equivalent to 100 g of powder) in 150 ml of cold water and whisk until smooth. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour the batter evenly over it. Cook on both sides over medium heat until golden yellow.
To make 3-4 waffles: mix 100 g of powder with 100 ml of cold water and whisk until smooth. Pour a small amount of batter into a waffle plate and cook on both sides for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
