Glutamine is the most present amino acid in the human body. In stressful situations, such as during and after intense workouts, the body needs so much glutamine that it cannot synthesize enough, so it becomes a conditionally essential amino acid. Besides your muscles, the gastrointestinal tract and immune system use a lot of glutamine for energy and nucleotide production.
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with approximately 240 ml of water, milk or your favorite beverage. Recommended daily dose: up to 2 servings per day.
